Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow

1. Send an email to our support@familyfriend.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. In the email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your username or email address associated with your account
• A brief explanation for your request (optional)

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently: 

• Personal Information (name, email address, etc.)
• Account Information (username, profile settings, etc.)
• Usage Data (app interactions, preferences, etc.)
• Any other data associated with your account

 Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction Records: Retained for up to [X months/years] for accounting and compliance purposes.
• Customer Support Interactions: Retained for up to [X months/years] to address any potential follow-up queries.
